Ayesha

. *Ayesha celebrated the martyrdom of Imam Ali (a.s.) by distributing money.*
After the martyrdom of Ameerul Momeneen (a.s.), women of Medina including the wives of Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.) came in presence of Imam Hasan (a.s.) to offer condolence to him.

Ayesha while offering condolence said: O Abu Muhammad! The (grevious) day after the death of your grandfather is the day of martyrdom of your father. After listening to her, Imam Hasan (a.s.) said to her:  You have forgotten that in the night without lighting the lamp you were digging the floor in your house with an iron piece. Because of darkness you hit your hand with the iron piece. The wound is still present on your hand.

You were digging the floor to remove illegitimate money collected by you, which you had buried under the floor, in an old green color cloth bag.

You removed 40 dinars, this amount has no value in front of you,  from the bag. You distributed these dinar among the people of Bani Tameem and Bani Adi, who bore enemity against my father. This way you celebrated and cooled your heart and now you are offering condolence of my father.
